Founder and CEO 



Thelma Gura-Stemmer is the founder and CEO of Kwindla Group, a skills development company. She has been a banker for over 14 years. She held various senior positions in the banking sector; banks such as Stannic, Std Bank and Land and Agricultural Bank of SA.
She joined the Sector of Education as a Quality Development Practitioner since 2013. She has been an External Moderator for SETA since 2016. Through her expertise in Skills Development training & Project Management she has successfully project managed various SETA Learnerships and EPWP projects throughout NorthWest.

The company has grown to represent quality in developing individuals as we know that those individuals will one day become the management of the organization.
Our team represents a highly skilled group of professionals from banking to education and committed to upholding the standards we have become renown for, our passion in developing our learners.

Kwindla is a xhosa calendar month for March meaning "month of the first fruits (harvest)". Kwindla Institute of Learning & Consulting was established in 2013 and a registered accredited training provider we focused on delivering industry and job-specific skills assessments and training interventions. 
The company it is 100%  woman led, controlled and managed. The company is a level 1 B-BBEE.
